Reservation

Phone or E-mail reservations will be held for 10 days, during which a deposit in the amount of $300 per person must be received. All deposits can be paid through bank wire or Paypal.

Step 1. You will need to fill in the Booking Form and send to us by email.
Step 2. You will receive an email of your detailed trip notes and invoice.
Step 3. You may pay US$300/person to secure your bookings.

We do not make any service confirmations until a deposit is made. We recommend paying well in advance to ensure the best hotel bookings, the best staff available and to ensure external price chances (such as domestic flights etc)

Deposit Payment
1. Wire Transfer: This method of payment is secure and cost effectively. You local bank will sure be able to help you. There are also some banks offering online banking systems for online wire transfers. Our bank details will be sent to you along with trip notes and invoice. 

2. Pay by Credit Card: If you want to use a credit card, we use PayPal to ensure a secure method of online payment. Please note that PayPal charges a 3% fee which we must add onto your invoice. We advice choosing the method of payment that reduces your bank fees.

Final Payment
Payment for tours must be received 30 days prior to departure or on receipt of invoice; whichever is the shorter time period. 

Air Tickets
Booking flights online, directly from the airline, is becoming increasingly easy and usually gives access to the cheapest fares. As a result, you can now book your own international flights in and out of China. However, ActiveChina has an international ticketing network and can book international flights for you. Please feel free to use us to compare with your ticket agent.

You can also book your own domestic through Internet or the airlines. But we surely do a better job on that to coordinate with your touring schedules. Domestic air tickets are issued in China and will be supplied to the traveler with E-ticket codes and Flight Itinerary.
